According to insider Dior, Microsoft intends to acquire Valve for $16 billion. Previously, there were reports of Microsoft’s interest in acquiring Valve during legal proceedings related to the merger with Activision Blizzard. It was also revealed that Microsoft had considered the possibility of purchasing Nintendo.
