Coldzera’s lawyers have expressed their position in response to the accusations from Legacy

Representatives of the Legacy team in CS have issued a statement regarding the contractual obligations with Marcelo “coldzera” David. They assert that after the termination of the contract between the player and the team, there are no legal ties remaining.

Confirmation of the absence of a contract was received by Coldzera’s lawyers from representatives of Legacy in written form. Additionally, Coldzera retains the right to take further legal action against Legacy, including possible breaches of confidentiality.

Previously, Legacy approached tournament organizers with a request to block Coldzera from participating in competitions, alleging that the player moved to RED Canids without terminating his contract with Legacy. The club intends to prevent Coldzera from competing until the dispute is resolved in court, as they believe there is a conflict of interest due to plans to use the player as a substitute.
