Legacy intends to file a lawsuit against coldzera

Legacy organization plans to take their former player from CS 2, Marcelo “coldzera” David, to court for breach of contract obligations. This information is reported by the Dust2 Brasil portal.

According to journalists’ information, coldzera‘s contract with Legacy was valid until December 9, 2024. After being removed from the lineup, he signed a contract with RED Canids, despite still being under contract with Legacy.

Legacy has already reached out to tournament operators asking them not to allow coldzera to be included in the rosters of other teams. Additionally, the club has informed Valve about this situation.

Journalists received a response from David‘s lawyer stating that the player does not have any obligations to Legacy.
