Remedy has disclosed new details regarding Condor, a live service spin-off derived from the game Control.

Remedy Studio has revealed new details about Condor, a live service spin-off of the game Control. The project has an initial development budget of €25 million ($27.1 million).

Condor will be built on Remedy’s proprietary engine, Northlight, and full production for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S will begin this year.

Following the Hiss invasion, the Oldest House is under lockdown, and the remaining Federal Bureau of Control agents must fight to regain control. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and everyone is needed.

Condor will be a fixed-price game, not free-to-play, as confirmed by Remedy. It’s a premium game with the potential for long-term revenue through updates, expansions, and microtransactions.

In addition to Condor, Remedy is also working on the remake of Max Payne 1 & 2, funded by Rockstar Games, which is in production readiness. Furthermore, the studio promises more regular releases of sequels for Alan Wake and Control.
