Hazelight Studios has announced a major milestone on social media, revealing that total sales of its games have surpassed 50 million copies. The studio also shared a breakdown of sales, confirming that the standout hit remains the acclaimed co-op adventure It Takes Two.
Sales breakdown:
- A Way Out — 13 million copies
- It Takes Two — 30 million copies
- Split Fiction — 7 million copies
All three titles are designed around cooperative gameplay and support the Friend’s Pass system, allowing players to invite a friend without requiring a second purchase. As a result, the actual player base could be at least twice as large as the sales figures suggest.
Hazelight Studios is currently working on a new project, though details about its story and release date have yet to be revealed.
