Dota 2 has released update 7.36b, which buffs Pudge and Tinker, and nerfs Zeus, Storm Spirit, and Juggernaut

Valve has released update 7.36b for Dota 2, in which developers have rebalanced some heroes and items, and fixed bugs.

Some details of patch 7.36b:

  • Pudge: The speed and range of Meat Hook have been increased by 15%, and the damage has been increased from 75/110/145/180 to 80/120/160/200 (Flayer’s Hook aspect).
  • Tinker: Healing from March of the Machines has been increased from 8/12/16/20 to 15/20/25/30 per second (Repair Bots aspect). Cooldowns for Laser, March of the Machines, and Realm have been reduced.
  • Juggernaut: Strength growth has been reduced from 2.2 to 2. The cost of Blade Fury has been increased from 100 to 105/110/115/120.
  • Zeus: Static Field now scales with the ultimate. The maximum damage of the skill has been changed from 7% to 4/5/6/7% (Livewire aspect). The cooldown of the ultimate has been increased from 120 to 130 seconds. The cast range of Arc Lightning has been reduced from 850 to 800, and Lightning Bolt no longer deals extra damage to creeps.
  • Storm Spirit: Base mana regeneration has been reduced from 0.2 to 0. The damage of Static Remnant has been reduced from 120/180/240/300 to 100/160/220/280.
  • Helm of the Dominator and Helm of the Overlord: The active skill Dominate now grants experience from the controlled creep.
  • Armlet of Mordiggian: The skill Unholy Strength no longer provides slow resistance.

Open qualifiers for The International 2024 are taking place on patch 7.36b. Six regions are competing for a total of 27 slots in the closed qualifiers.
