Now, the organizer’s account for MOBA tournaments from Valve has been renamed from BLASTDota to Blast Slam. The profile description indicates that this will be the name of the new tournament for this discipline. At the time of this news publication, there has been no official confirmation of BLAST’s return to the professional Dota 2 scene.

BLAST has only held one tournament for Dota 2, which was in 2020, titled the BLAST Bounty Hunt. The winner of this tournament was Team Secret, who earned $50,000 from the prize pool of $145,000.
