Xbox and Switch users can try out free trial versions of “Star Wars” games

On May 4th, known as Star Wars Day, gamers were given the opportunity to experience two iconic games from the Star Wars universe. Xbox users can immerse themselves in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, while Switch owners can enjoy Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic.

The Star Wars Jedi: Survivor promotion runs until May 5th at 11:59 PM PDT / May 6th at 7:59 AM BST, allowing all Xbox players to test the game for five hours.

The trial version of Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic is available only in Europe, where the full game will be free to play until May 9th.

The official Star Wars website has published a list of discounts on games and in-game events available for Star Wars Day. Among them are Star Wars in Lego Fortnite, Fortnite Battle Royale, Fortnite Festival, and Rocket Racing in a new crossover event launching today.

The news also announced that the long-awaited game Star Wars Hunters will be released for Switch, iOS, and Android devices in June. Star Wars Jedi: Survivor was added to the EA Play service, included with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, at the end of April.
