Valve has announced that 30% of team and talent bundle sales will now go toward the The International 2025 prize pool, up from the traditional 25%.
As per tradition, support bundles are once again available for purchase, featuring community-created content such as loading screens, stickers, chat wheel lines, and more. Authors of the bundles receive 50% of the revenue, while an additional 30% will be directed to the tournament’s prize pool this year.

The shift away from the classic Compendium in favor of themed content updates led to a significant drop in prize pools at TI12 and TI13. For comparison:
- TI11 — $18.9M
- TI12 — $3.38M
- TI13 — $2.77M
The all-time record remains The International 2021, when community contributions pushed the prize pool past $38.4M.
The International 2025 will take place in Germany from September 4–14, with a guaranteed minimum prize pool of $1.6M. Team Liquid will return to defend their title as reigning world champions.
