The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy may make its first appearance on gaming consoles

The S.T.A.L.K.E.R. trilogy might debut on gaming consoles for the first time.

Japanese retailers are now accepting pre-orders for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Legends of the Zone Trilogy. Described as a compilation of three games, it marks their debut on gaming consoles.

The trilogy includes “Shadow of Chernobyl,” “Call of Pripyat,” and “Clear Sky.” Preliminary information suggests minimal graphical changes, as it’s primarily a port to consoles.

Currently, only the PS4 version is listed on websites. There’s potential for the trilogy to extend to Xbox consoles. Insiders anticipate a comprehensive announcement during Microsoft’s 30-minute conference scheduled for March 6.

GSC Game World is actively developing a full-fledged sequel to the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. series. The game is set to release on PC and Xbox on September 5, 2024.
