The 2013 Tomb Raider reboot has unexpectedly launched on both the Switch and the upcoming Switch 2

November 24, players will be able to receive a total discount of up to 30% off the original price, ending at $13.99. The official description of Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition states that it is “the award-winning cinematic action-adventure that follows Lara Croft’s emotional journey from a naive young woman to a hardened survivor — all set in a beautifully realistic world.”

Players will encounter intense combat, upgrade equipment, and push themselves through difficult settings while witnessing Lara’s first big adventure.

The 2013 reboot earned widespread praise, scoring between 86 and 87 on Metacritic depending on the platform, and later spawned two sequels: Rise of the Tomb Raider (2015) and Shadow of the Tomb Raider (2018).
