The Group B clash between Team Liquid and FaZe Clan at IEM Dallas 2025 attracted 803,000 peak viewers, according to Esports Charts — making it the most-watched match of the tournament so far.
The massive viewership spike was largely driven by the debut of Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev as a member of FaZe, which generated huge anticipation among fans.
This match outperformed the peak viewership numbers of other top-tier 2025 CS2 events:
- BLAST Premier Bounty S1 – 693.7K peak viewers
- PGL Cluj-Napoca 2025 – 539.7K
- PGL Bucharest 2025 – 518.8K
Despite the hype, FaZe fell 0–2 to Liquid in the series.
IEM Dallas 2025 is taking place from May 19 to 25 in Dallas, USA, with a $1 million prize pool on the line.
