Rumors suggest the Star Wars Jedi trilogy finale could release in 2026

Years ago, Respawn Entertainment officially revealed that the Star Wars Jedi series was conceived as a trilogy from the very beginning. Lead actor Cameron Monaghan later confirmed his involvement in motion capture and voice work for the third installment.

The sequel, subtitled Survivor, released in 2023. Since then, developers haven’t announced the concluding chapter of Cal Kestis’s story, but fresh rumors circulating online suggest the release may be approaching sooner than expected.

Kinda Funny Games podcast co-host Tim Gettys has shared either insider information or speculation indicating that the third Star Wars Jedi game could arrive in 2026.

According to him, the action title might be unveiled on May 4th for Star Wars Day, or at least before Summer Game Fest kicks off, with the launch reportedly scheduled for September.
