Quinn explained the reasons behind Gaimin Gladiators’ failures

The captain of the Gaimin Gladiators Dota 2 team, Quinn “Quinn” Callahan, hinted at the reason for the team’s failures – a loss of motivation. He admitted that the lineup isn’t strong enough and that the players need to work harder.

“To be honest, we just need to work harder and get stronger. It’s becoming clear that every team loses motivation over time, especially after achieving certain successes. Last year, we achieved a lot, but now it’s difficult to maintain the same enthusiasm. The problem didn’t become apparent right away – our past successes were the first signs of the crisis that has finally hit us. We’re losing simply because we’re not at the right level. So, our only way out is to get stronger.”

At ESL One Birmingham 2024, Callahan’s team failed to advance from the group stage, finishing last and winning only one series. The next tournament for the Gaimin Gladiators will be PGL Wallachia Season 1, starting on May 10th.
