The management of Gaimin Gladiators has confirmed changes to their Dota 2 roster following a successful season, which saw the team win a major and place second at TI13. In their statement, the club announced that the current lineup has reached its end, with more details to be revealed by September 21.

“We confirm that the roster of our team, which won a major and secured second place at TI13, has come to an end. More will be announced by the weekend,” the statement reads.

Rumors of Possible Changes

Following The International 2024, rumors began circulating that carry player Anton “dyrachyo” Shkredov may leave Gaimin Gladiators. Alimzhan “watson” Islamkhanov from Cloud9 is speculated to be his potential replacement. Team manager Dmitry “Korb3n” Belov commented on the rumor, saying he would “laugh loudly” if GG goes ahead with this move.

2024 Team Achievements

In 2024, Gaimin Gladiators had an exceptional run, securing second place at TI13 and winning the Riyadh Masters 2024. Both grand finals against Team Liquid ended in sweeps.
