Battlestate Games has released the full-fledged version of Escape from Tarkov, concluding an eight-year period in paid beta. The launch was supported by a new trailer, and the game is available on PC for all gamers on Steam and its launcher.
Version 1.0 features a non-linear story campaign with four different endings, a seasonal profile system, new endgame gear, updated graphics and sound, an updated tutorial, and more. The update also came with the required wipe, as is expected for patches.
Currently, Tarkov is available for sale in Steam and the Battlestate Games client with standard editions being 1,530 and 1,620 rubles with discounts. Already, the player count on Steam has pass over 12,000 players and is climbing.
A console release is planned, but Battlestate Games has not provided a timeframe for if and when the extraction shooter will come out on PlayStation or Xbox.
