Tournament organizer BLAST has announced the relocation of the BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 CS 2 tournament from Mexico to Denmark. The company shared the news on social media.
The primary reason for this decision was logistical issues, as many top teams likely refused to travel to Mexico after a major tournament in Melbourne.
Due to the venue change, the event will now take place at the BLAST studio without a live audience. However, the organizer has promised to return to Mexico in the future.
BLAST Rivals Spring 2025 is set to run from April 30 to May 4. Eight teams will compete for a $350,000 prize pool, but the list of invited teams has yet to be announced.
