On the evening of July 31, Electronic Arts held the official presentation of Battlefield 6, showcasing several new trailers and revealing the dates for upcoming beta tests.
The first trailer focused on the multiplayer mode, highlighting the use of military vehicles, aerial combat, and the importance of environmental destruction, which can provide tactical advantages during battle.
The classic class system also makes a return to the series. Players will be able to choose between Support, Assault, Engineer, and Recon — each with unique abilities and weapons. A separate trailer with developer commentary provided more insight into this system.
A third trailer showcased the game’s modes and maps that will be available at launch.
More information about the story campaign will be revealed closer to the game’s release, which is scheduled for October 10.
