Famed gaming journalist Jason Schreier has debunked rumors that the release of the highly anticipated game GTA 6 will be pushed to 2026. On his page in the social network X, he reported that he spoke with six employees from Rockstar, and none of them confirmed any information about a delay in the release date.
However, Schreier noted that given the scale of the project, changes could happen over time.
Previously, a journalist from GTABase claimed that the console version of GTA 6 might be released in early or mid-2026, with the PC version arriving in 2027.
