The former coach of Team Liquid explained why the lineup with cadiaN failed

Former Team Liquid coach Wilton “zews” Prado shed light on the reasons behind the team’s difficulties with Kasper “cadiaN” Møller. He revealed that the squad struggled to build team chemistry following a major disagreement.

It’s challenging to pinpoint exactly when things started to go wrong. There was a big clash in January or February, and after that, things were never the same. It wasn’t an immediate change but rather a growing snowball effect. We began to witness conflicts in ideas, play styles, and personalities, zews explained.

The Team Liquid roster featuring cadiaN disbanded in May 2024. The team did not qualify for the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and failed to secure any major tournament victories. Following cadiaN’s departure, Russell “Twistzz” Van Dalken took over as the new captain.
