MOUZ has caught up with FaZe in the race for a million dollars in the Intel Grand Slam

MOUZ has caught up with FaZe Clan in the number of wins in the Intel Grand Slam CS 2 series. Now both teams have two out of four titles.

For MOUZ to win the series, they need to win two more events out of five possible. FaZe Clan needs to earn two championship titles out of six. Also participating in the race are Team Spirit, G2 Esports, and Team Falcons, each with one IGS title.

Upcoming Intel Grand Slam tournaments:

• IEM Dallas — May 27th to June 2nd
• IEM Cologne — August 7th to 18th
• ESL Pro League Season 20 — September 3rd to 22nd
• IEM Rio — October 7th to 13th

The Intel Grand Slam is a million-dollar prize for winning four ESL tournaments. The prize money is awarded in the form of gold bars. FaZe Clan was the last team to win the title in the spring of 2023.

On May 12th, MOUZ became the champion of ESL Pro League Season 19, earning $170,000 in prize money and a slot at IEM Cologne 2024. In the final, the team defeated Team Vitality with a score of 3:0. Despite the French club’s defeat, Matheus “ZywOo” Herbaut was recognized as the tournament’s best player.
