On the night of October 2, Valve released patch 7.37d for Dota 2, featuring minor adjustments to heroes, shop items, and one neutral artifact.
One of the key changes was the nerf to Ringmaster. During patch 7.37, the hero had a 52.19% win rate, ranking 12th in overall success and making it into the top 3 most picked heroes. At higher ranks, Ringmaster’s win rate exceeded 55.5%, the highest among all heroes.
Ringmaster changes in patch 7.37d:
- Base strength reduced from 23 to 21;
- Strength growth reduced from 2.4 to 2.1;
- Cast range of Tame the Beasts reduced from 700/750/800/850 to 700;
- Escape Act effect can now be dispelled;
- Wheel of Wonder radius reduced from 600 to 500, explosion timer reduced from 6 to 4 seconds.
Among item changes, the Disperser rework stands out. Its active ability Suppress no longer grants immunity to slows but instead provides 40% slow resistance.
The full patch notes for 7.37d are available on the game’s official website.
