The British esports organization Guild Esports, previously owned by David Beckham, is now under the ownership of the American company DCB Sports LLC. 100% of the club’s assets were sold for 100,000 pounds sterling in cash.
The new company has taken on Guild’s obligations exceeding 2 million pounds sterling. Previously, Guild Esports had teams in VALORANT, CS2, and Rocket League, but these were disbanded throughout 2024. Currently, the organization retains teams in Fortnite, Apex Legends, Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8, and Rennsport.
