In the video, LeBlanc interrogates the captured Atakan about the location of the Darkin weapon. He reveals that it lies in Ionia, hinting that the narrative will shift from Noxus to this region.
Earlier leaks had already suggested a change of setting, with rumors indicating that the next champion might also hail from Ionia. More details are expected to be revealed in an upcoming developer blog, though its release date has yet to be announced.
The first ranked season will officially conclude on April 29, and there will be no rank reset this time. The Ionian theme is likely to kick off alongside the release of patch 25.09 (15.9), scheduled for April 30.
