During the night of February 22, Dota 2 released patch 7.35c, introducing nerfs to popular heroes from the previous patch.
Significant changes affected Doom, Meepo, Witch Doctor, and several other characters. One of the most notable nerfs was a reduction in the effectiveness of Doom’s ultimate, which now lasts for 12-14-16 seconds depending on the level, instead of the previous 16 seconds at all levels.
Adjustments were also made to some items and neutral creeps. Disperser, favored by all agile carries, became more expensive by 400 gold due to a recipe cost increase.
Interestingly, successful heroes from the recently concluded BetBoom Dacha Dubai 2024 tournament, such as Templar Assassin and Puck, remained unchanged.
Only a few heroes received minor buffs. Phantom Assassin, who had one of the lowest win rates in the previous patch across almost all rank levels, received a slight buff. The full update details can be found here.
