Officially confirmed: Paramount has begun work on a Call of Duty film (Variety). In addition to the movie, the studio has secured rights to expand the CoD universe into TV shows and series.
Paramount CEO David Ellison, who has been a Call of Duty player for many years, emphasized that the project will be developed with the same level of quality as Top Gun: Maverick.
According to him, the team aims to preserve the franchise’s signature atmosphere and deliver a film that will captivate both longtime fans and new audiences.
