Grand Theft Auto 5 reportedly set to return to the PS Plus Game Catalog this month

According to the well-known Dealabs insider billbil-kun, who has a proven record of accurately leaking upcoming releases, Grand Theft Auto 5 is expected to rejoin the PlayStation Plus Game Catalog on November 18. The game will be available to PS Plus Premium and Extra subscribers.

While the full list of November’s PS Plus Game Catalog additions hasn’t been disclosed yet, billbil-kun anticipates that Sony will officially reveal it around November 12.

This isn’t GTA 5’s first appearance in the catalog — the title was previously available in December 2023 and November 2024, each time remaining for about six months before being removed. If this cycle repeats, the next removal could have coincided with the planned release of Grand Theft Auto 6 on May 26.

However, this timeline has shifted, as Rockstar Games recently announced that GTA 6 has been delayed until November 19, 2026. In their statement, Rockstar explained that the delay would ensure the game meets their expected level of polish and quality, thanking fans for their continued patience and support.

October’s PS Plus Game Catalog lineup — featuring Silent Hill 2, Until Dawn, Yakuza: Like a Dragon, and As Dusk Falls — remains available to play.
