Gamescom Asia will take place in Singapore from October 17 to 20, featuring a business exhibition, a public exhibition, an industry conference, and several programs for the public. The event is expected to host over 150 exhibitors and more than 40,000 visitors.
Notably, Capcom has confirmed its participation in the B2C entertainment area of the exhibition. In addition to various demos of upcoming games, Capcom will hold its official Street Fighter 6 tournament, the Capcom Pro Tour 2024 Super Premier Singapore.
Visitors will be able to try out various Capcom games, including the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds. Monster Hunter series Producer Ryozo Tsujimoto will also take the stage on Saturday to share more about Monster Hunter Wilds and engage with fans.
Street Fighter 6 Director Takayuki Nakayama and Producer Shuhei Matsumoto will also be on the Main Stage on Saturday to meet and greet fans, according to the organizers.
Headlining the business conference at Gamescom Asia will be former PlayStation executive Shawn Layden, who will participate in a fireside chat discussing insights and predictions about the gaming industry.

PlayStation, Neopets, and the GCL group will also be in attendance at Gamescom Asia, showcasing titles such as JDM: Japanese Drift Master, Terratech Worlds, First Dwarf, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl.
Korean publisher Sandy Floor will showcase Great Toy Showdown, where visitors can try their hand at their soon-to-be-released shooting team battle game.
The indie area, in collaboration with Indie Wavemakers, will be Gamescom Asia’s largest ever, according to the organizers, with more than 50 titles available to play.
At the Meet & Greet area, fans will have the chance to meet various actors and cosplayers, including Andrew Wincott (voice of Raphael, Baldur’s Gate 3), Charess Mabia (@charechii), Xiaoyu (@xiaoyukiko), and Shihori.
Finally, Gamescom Asia will feature an extensive merchandise area, a board game zone, and a RetroCade showcase featuring playable machines inspired by arcades from the 80s.
“Gamescom Asia brings together all aspects of the gaming world, from major names like PlayStation to trailblazing indie developers, and everything in between,” commented Daria La Valle, project director at Koelnmesse, the organizer of Gamescom Asia. “It’s the ultimate destination for gaming enthusiasts looking to be in the heart of the action.”
Gamescom Asia opens to the public from Friday to Sunday, October 18 to 20, at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre. More information and updates can be found here.
