The tournament organizer Fragadelphia had planned to hold the FRAG/MENT Valorant LAN competition in the North American region but had to cancel it due to a lack of registered teams.

Instead of the VALORANT tournament, the organizers announced a CS2 championship with the participation of 32 teams and a prize pool of $10,000. The event is scheduled to take place at the TAP esports center in Philadelphia.
