After defeating Astralis in the group stage of the BLAST Premier Spring Final 2024 for CS, Natus Vincere captain Aleksi “Aleksib” Virolainen gave an interview where he acknowledged that the team faced difficulties following their successful performance at PGL Major Copenhagen 2024.
We had a team discussion. B1ad3 felt that there weren’t any efforts from us to defeat FaZe Clan. There was silence in TeamSpeak, no communication with each other, and FaZe just stomped on us.
What happened in Dallas? I don’t know. Preparation and everything else… It wasn’t the same. The main thing we did was change our schedule to play more. We started feeling very confident and are enjoying the game again.
Winning the Major and a disappointing performance affected us, we felt it. The atmosphere wasn’t great, but now we feel like everything is coming back.
