ESL has announced the participants of IEM Katowice 2025 for CS 2. Alongside top teams like NAVI, Team Spirit, and G2, a women’s team, Imperial Female, will compete at the event for the first time in its history. Previously, only male teams participated in similar tournaments.
Imperial Female will begin their journey toward the title from the Play-In stage, with their first opponent yet to be announced.

Previously, Imperial Female received an invitation to the closed qualifiers for BLAST Bounty Spring 2025, where they will compete for one of eight tournament slots against teams like NAVI, Team Spirit, Virtus.pro, and other top global lineups.
IEM Katowice 2025 will take place from January 29 to February 9 in LAN format in Poland. Participants will compete for a $1,000,000 prize pool. The playoffs will be held at the Spodek Arena, which can host over 11,000 spectators.
