Access to the streaming platform Kick has been suspended in Turkey due to its association with online casinos. Local journalist Ibrahim Haskologlu clarified that the Information and Communication Technologies Authority initiated an investigation on February 13, 2024, regarding the platform’s collaboration with international gaming companies. Following the investigation, the decision was made to block access to Kick in Turkey to prevent the attraction of Turkish youth to gambling.
