VALORANT Patch 10.08: Yoru Nerfed, Brimstone Audio Tweaked, Episode 1 Music Returns

Riot Games has released patch 10.08 for VALORANT, introducing agent balance changes, including tweaks to Yoru, Astra, and Brimstone. Yoru’s ultimate now lasts 10 seconds instead of 12 and requires eight stars to activate. Astra’s Nova Pulse duration was reduced to 3.5 seconds, while Brimstone received an updated incendiary grenade sound that’s now easier to hear through smoke.

In addition, music from Episode 1 returns to the game, including lobby and agent selection themes. The patch also introduces a gift feature, allowing players to send skins and bundles from the in-game store.
