CD Projekt RED has revealed that the highly anticipated The Witcher 4 will not be released before 2027. As of now, 411 developers are actively working on the game.
Additionally, a spin-off codenamed Sirius is being developed by The Molasses Flood, with 49 team members involved in its production.

The first trailer for The Witcher 4 was unveiled at The Game Awards 2024, confirming that the main protagonist will be an older Ciri. The game is being developed on Unreal Engine 5, with full-scale production having begun in the second half of 2024.
