Activision has released an update for Call of Duty, introducing a new user interface and launching the pre-loading for Black Ops 6.
The new interface, formerly known as Call of Duty HQ, is now divided into three key tabs: Home, All Games, and Store. In the Home tab, players can find featured games and modes, while All Games allows access to previous titles, and the Store showcases new purchasable content.
Activision stated that the interface will evolve through three phases, reaching full functionality with the start of Black Ops 6 Season 1. Currently, the main titles featured are Black Ops 6 and Warzone. A Battle Pass tab will also be introduced with similar capabilities.
The update will also enhance Warzone’s interface to mirror improvements made for Black Ops 6. Players can now pre-load Black Ops 6 across all platforms ahead of its release on October 25.
The game will be available for Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PS5, PS4, and PC through Microsoft Store, Battle.net, and Steam. It will also be available on Game Pass at launch.
For Xbox, PlayStation, and PC players, the game will launch regionally on October 24 between 4 AM PT and 11 PM PT, while the official launch time for Battle.net and Steam users is October 24 at 9 PM PT / October 25 at 5 AM BST.
Additionally, Activision has detailed all the multiplayer modes and maps that will be available in Black Ops 6 at launch.
