Astralis Captain Casper "cadiaN" Møller commented on the team's elimination from BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024

Astralis captain Casper “cadiaN” Møller gave an interview following the team’s exit from BLAST Premier Fall Final 2024 in CS 2, highlighting the difficult preparation and praising Team Spirit’s strong performance.

On Dust 2:

“We were up against a very creative team. We couldn’t keep up with Spirit’s moves, and they were great at finding frags. Two or three of them would make plays off well-timed flashes. Our performance on Dust 2 was far from what we wanted to show.”

On Mirage:

“We were close to winning, but tough preparation conditions took their toll. We had only five days to train before the tournament, which was far from ideal. I’m proud of my guys—they worked hard, and despite the loss, I think we’re on the right path. There’s potential for future growth.”

In the deciding series, Astralis lost to Team Spirit, finishing in 7th-8th place with $10,000 in prize money.

Before the tournament, Astralis was at the center of controversy, replacing Alexander “br0” Bro with cadiaN after the roster lock, violating BLAST’s rules. The organizers decided not to penalize the team, which led to a protest from other team captains.
