The Silent Hill 2 remake will remain exclusive to PlayStation for at least a year

According to the latest trailer, the Silent Hill 2 remake will not be available on other platforms until August 10, 2025. This confirms that the exclusivity for PlayStation 5 and PC will last for at least one year. However, no specific release date for Xbox has been announced yet, similar to the situation with the Final Fantasy 7 Remake games, which launched on PC after a year but have yet to arrive on Xbox.

The new Silent Hill 2 trailer also showcases the unique features of the PS5 DualSense controller, including haptic feedback, 3D audio support, and adaptive triggers. The game is set to release on October 8 for PS5 and PC.
